Our products are carefully re-engineered using original cartridges to match the specifications of leading printer brands without compromising on the quality.
Every component (re-used or new) used in our cartridges is an equivalent to the respective component in the OEM cartridge according to the specifications set by our research and development teams.
Stringent quality control including incoming inspection all new parts, continuous inline inspection during manufacturing process, frequent “reverse assembly” inspection and life testing.
Our cartridges are produced using engineering of processes that ensure products are consistently manufactured to the correct specifications.
To develop products that emulate OEM performance, each part’s properties whether re-used or new as well as the performance of all parts together need to be OEM equivalent.
OEM equivalent quality with mechanical reliability, print quality, page yield and consistency.
The ISO/IEC 19798 test procedure requires a standard set of five test pages to be printed continuously until the cartridge reaches end of life.
Print performance of Cartridge World laser cartridges is tested in accordance with ISO 19798 for color cartridges.
In 2007, testing criteria according to ISO 19798 standards was established at all Cartridge World laser cartridges production plants to define the yields of our Color laser cartridges. We make sure that the page yield of Cartridge World laser cartridges equivalent to those of the original products.
The ISO/IEC 19752 test procedure requires a standard test page with approximately 5 percent coverage to be printed continuously until the cartridge reaches end of life.
Print performance of Cartridge World laser cartridges is tested in accordance with ISO 19752 for monochrome cartridges. This ISO standard for determining the page yield of monochrome cartridges has been established at Cartridge World’ s production facilities for many years.
Where applicable the test criteria described by this ISO standard is used and documented for print performance examination. By doing this we make sure that the page yield of Cartridge World laser cartridges correspond to those of the original products.
